At GMC Anesthesia, we bring hospital-level mobile anesthesia care directly to dental offices, oral surgery practices, ambulatory surgical centers, and select outpatient clinics. Wisconsin and Minnesota are our primary service areas, with licensed coverage also available in Iowa, Illinois, and Michigan.<\/p>\n

Our mobile approach allows patients to receive care in familiar surroundings while giving providers the support and equipment needed to perform procedures safely and efficiently \u2014 without the limitations of a hospital setting.<\/p>\n

    At GMC Anesthesia, Inc., we are dedicated to providing high-quality, office-based anesthesia services in a safe, comfortable, and efficient setting. As a primarily fee-for-service provider, we aim to be transparent about costs and payment expectations. Please review our financial policy below:<\/p>\n

    Direct Payment Policy<\/h3>\n

    • Private Pay Model: GMC Anesthesia operates as a cash-based provider. Full payment for anesthesia services is required 5 to 8 days prior to the scheduled procedure or surgical service unless otherwise arranged in advance.<\/li>\n
    • Accepted Forms of Payment: We accept cash, major redit\/debit cards, and may offer third-party financing options.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Insurance & Reimbursement<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • No Direct Billing: GMC Anesthesia does not bill insurance. We are considered an out-of-network provider by most insurance plans.<\/li>\n
      • Receipts for Reimbursement: Upon request, we can provide a detailed statement or superbill that you may submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by provider and policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Cost Estimates<\/h3>\n

        • We provide transparent fee estimates before your procedure. Our fees cover all anesthesia-related services, including pre-op assessment, anesthesia administration, and post-op monitoring.<\/li>\n
        • If procedure time or services change, adjustments to fees may be made accordingly.<\/li>\n
        • A $400 deposit will be collected within 48 hours after your procedural or surgical booking in order for us to begin the preoperative preparation process. It will be applied towards your final procedure fee. This deposit is nonrefundable in case of cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Cancellation & No-Show Policy<\/h3>\n

          • 96-Hour (4 Days) Notice Prior to Scheduled Surgery Required: Cancellations must be made at least 96 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made 48 to 96 hours notice prior to scheduled surgery will receive 50% of the anesthesia fee estimate. Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours prior to scheduled surgery will receive no refund of the
            \nanesthesia fee estimate.<\/li>\n
          • Missed Appointments: Failure to show or same-day cancellations will result in a no refund of the anesthesia fee estimate and may require an additional fee prepayment for future anesthesia services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Refund Policy<\/h3>\n

            Refunds are issued for any overpayments or canceled appointments (when proper notice is given). Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
