Financial Policy – GMC Anesthesia, Inc.
GMC Anesthesia is dedicated to providing high-quality, office-based anesthesia services in a safe, comfortable, and efficient setting. As a primarily fee-for-service provider, we are committed to transparency regarding costs and payment expectations.
Direct Payment Policy
- GMC Anesthesia operates as a cash-based provider. Full payment is required 5 to 8 days prior to the scheduled procedure unless otherwise arranged.
- Accepted forms of payment include cash and major credit/debit cards. Third-party financing options may be available.
Insurance & Reimbursement
- GMC Anesthesia does not bill insurance and is considered out-of-network for most plans.
- Detailed statements or superbills can be provided for potential reimbursement.
Cost Estimates
- Fee estimates are provided in advance and include pre-op assessment, anesthesia administration, and post-op monitoring.
- A $400 deposit is collected within 48 hours of booking to begin preoperative preparation. This deposit is nonrefundable if the procedure is canceled.
Cancellation Policy
- 96+ hours’ notice: eligible for refund per policy
- 48–96 hours’ notice: 50% of anesthesia fee retained
- 24–48 hours’ notice or no-show: no refund
Refunds for eligible cancellations or overpayments are processed within 10 business days.
