Case Review & Scheduling Coordination
Each patient is individually evaluated to determine whether office-based anesthesia is appropriate. When clinically indicated, GMC may obtain additional medical records or diagnostic testing and consult with the patient’s primary care provider, specialist, advanced practice provider, or another member of the healthcare team before finalizing the anesthesia plan.
Day-Of Procedure Support
GMC Anesthesia arrives with the necessary anesthesia equipment, monitoring systems, medications, and emergency readiness resources for office-based care.
Post-Procedure Monitoring
We support monitored recovery and safe discharge planning in coordination with your clinical team.
Fee-for-service model. GMC does not bill insurance directly. We provide a detailed superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Payment typically due 5–8 days prior to procedure.

How is billing handled?
GMC operates as a fee-for-service provider and does not bill insurance directly. We provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is due 5–8 days prior to the scheduled procedure.
What does patient selection look like?
Patients undergo a pre-anesthesia assessment for risk factors and procedure suitability. GMC collaborates closely with referring providers on ASA classification, clearance requirements, and anesthesia plan selection.
What equipment do you bring?
All necessary anesthesia equipment, medications, and monitoring tools are brought onsite. This includes ECG, pulse oximetry, capnography, blood pressure monitoring, and emergency airway equipment.
How does scheduling and coordination work?
GMC works directly with your scheduling team to establish a cadence that fits your case volume. Pre-case medical review, coordination on fasting and medications, and day-of communication are all handled by our team.
